James Charles Harold Leeney

James Charles Harold Leeney, Jr., 74, of Des Plaines, passed away peacefully May 4, 2017. James was born May 19, 1942 in Chicago to parents James Sr. and Elsa Leeney. He was a devout member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Mount Prospect.
Beloved husband of the late Joan Leeney. Loving father of James Douglas Leeney (Jessie) and Cathy Ann Mitchum (Charles). Cherished grandfather of CJ. Dear brother of Louise Ann Grabowski and Doris Gail Dorn (August). Uncle of many.

Visitation Sunday, May 14, 3:00-8:00 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect.

Lying in state Monday, May 15, 10:00 AM until Funeral Services at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 100 S. School St., Mt. Prospect.

Private Interment.
